Duties of Authorized Entrants
  1. Corsafety.ca shall ensure that all ?authorized entrants?:
    1. Know the hazards that may be faced during entry, including information on the mode, signs, or symptoms, and consequences of exposure.
    2. Properly use equipment as required. Ensure all equipment to be used has been inspected by a competent person prior to use.
    3. Communicate with the attendant as necessary to enable the attendant to monitor the entrant(s) status and to alert entrant(s) of the need to evacuate the space as required.
  1. Authorized Entrants must alert the attendant when:
    1. They recognize any warning sign or symptoms of exposure to a dangerous situation.
    2. They detect a prohibited condition.
  1. Authorized Entrants must exit from the permit space as quickly as possible when:
    1. An order to evacuate is given by the attendant or the entry supervisor
    2. They recognize any warning sign or symptom of exposure to a dangerous situation.
    3. They detect a prohibited condition.
    4. An evacuation alarm is activated.
