Torso Protection Picture - Coveralls
All Select employees shall wear fire retardant "Nomex" Coveralls while working at any Well Site. These coveralls shall be provided to all field hands by Corsafety.ca. Clothing shall be of a highly visible color. Clothing that is loose, ragged or torn; bracelets, necklaces or neckties should not be worn near rotating or moving equipment.
  1. Avoid wearing synthetic clothing that can burn readily and melt into the skin; other synthetic fibers can hold a static charge capable of igniting natural gas or flammable vapors.
  2. Tightly woven natural fibers (wool and cotton) offer improved protection from burns.

  3. Whenever special clothing such as limb or body protection is required for handling hazardous products, it must be provided and worn.

  4. A worker is responsible for providing clothing needed for protection against the natural elements, general purpose work gloves and approved foot protection. Hard Hats shall be supplied by Corsafety.ca.
