It is the policy of CORSAFETY to properly investigate: all medical aid and lost time injuries, to review all first aid injuries, all incidents that could have caused property damage or personal injury.

All investigations will take place during the shift of occurrence and will be investigated by the supervisor in charge and by a safety committee member.

The reports of such occurrence will be completed on our company accident/incident forms and will be forwarded to the Safety Coordinator for review and actions.

We ask that ALL incidents, property damage, first aid injuries, and medical aid accident be reported to the supervisor as soon as it is practical to do so. Compass adheres to all acts, regulations and codes and applicable OH&S legislation.
