You the worker have a duty to do when it comes to an illness or injury. The Occupational Health & Safety Code states that "A worker must, on suffering an acute illness or injury, report it to his/her employer as soon as practicable".

Located by all the First Aid kits in the company will be a CORSAFETY First Aid Record Form. If you need to take something from the First Aid Kit and it is do to a work related incident then take the 1 min and 12 seconds it takes to fill out the form and pass it into your foreman or safety representative.

All First Aid Report should also come with an incident report outlining the immediate cause of the injury. By us keeping track of the incidents and accident in the company as a whole, we can spot the trends and attack issues head on.
