It is the policy of CorSafety that all new, transferred, and promoted workers shall receive adequate safety orientation on safe work practices and general company safety programs and policies prior to commencement of their work.

A record shall be maintained for each employee, documenting the training received and the dates of such training. Compass adheres to all acts, regulations and codes and applicable OH&S legislation.

Each supervisor shall be accountable to ensure that all of his or her workers are and have been adequately trained to company and Provincial safety standards.
