The first three month's of the Employee's employment under this agreement are agreed to constitute a period of probation during which the employer shall have the opportunity to assess the suitability of the employee's performance and conduct (the "probationary period") on the term set out below.
At any time during the Probationary period, the employer may terminate the Employee's employment on the grounds of unsuitability, without providing any working notice or payment in lieu thereof.
The Employee's performance and conduct during the Probation period shall be assessed, primarily (but not necessarily exclusively) on; quality, completeness, accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and timeliness of work; timely and regular attendance at work; overall character, judgement, loyalty, dedication, conduct, attitude and professionalism in the workplace; and potential for future growth and development.
